For a light-hearted Saturday post, I thought I’d share my strenuous and highly academic research (straight from Oprah.com) on which foods are the best for your “bedroom life”.

4 Foods You Can Eat To Make Your Sex Life Better:

1. Flaxseed Oatmeal.

2. Fruit Salad with blueberries and watermelon

3. Fish

4. Chocolate Pumpkin Pie

The “research” said that when people switched from a “western diet” of highly processed foods, salt, sugar and fat, to a Mediterranean way of eating (more fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grain, olive oil), it boosted their interest in sex. Β 

Not only is it better for your private times of intimacy, these foods will make you feel better in every other way too. Β I’m no dietitian, but it seems like a win-win.
