4 Foods You Can Eat To Make Your Sex Life Better:

1. Flaxseed Oatmeal.

2. Fruit Salad with blueberries and watermelon

3. Fish

4. Chocolate Pumpkin Pie

The “research” said that when people switched from a “western diet” of highly processed foods, salt, sugar and fat, to a Mediterranean way of eating (more fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grain, olive oil), it boosted their interest in sex.  

Not only is it better for your private times of intimacy, these foods will make you feel better in every other way too.  I’m no dietitian, but it seems like a win-win.
